The Customer Service Department makes every effort to provide each homeowner with immediate attention and satisfactory service. Each home comes with a one-year implied builder warranty, as well as a 10 year structural warranty from Bonded Builders Warranty Association.

Signature Homes is a member of the National Association of Home Builders and the Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association, as well as a member of Bonded Builders Warranty Association. They are members of the Green Building Council of the Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association and Robin has been designated as a Certified Green Professional from the National Association of Home Builders. Deans serves on the Board of Directors for the Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association as First Vice-President.
