National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Certified Green Professional
A trained and experienced builder with knowledge of the green building process. Robin Hackney of Signature Homes is a Certified Green Professional.

National Association of Home Builders Green Building Certification on the home
This is a certification program with third party verification that the home is constructed following the NAHB Green Building Standard. Signature Homes was the first builder in North Carolina to earn this certification on one of their homes.

Energy Star Certification
This is a certification program with third party verificaiton that the home is built to the Energy Star standards and are at least 15% more energy efficient than homes built to code.
